It is the intention of the proponents, as a Renewable Energy Independent Power Producers to develop 400MW (MegaWatt) of phased Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Facilities, with associated infrastructure including Battery Energy Storage Systems on the  RE farm 1635 and Portion 1 of Farm 211, Rooifontein, near Kimberley in the Northern Cape and the Free State. The proposed 400 Megawatts will be developed as 6 projects in phases and either assessed through a single Basic Assessment or through separate Basic Assessments per phase.

The associated grid infrastructure for the developments will be situated on farms RE/1635, 1/211, 14/1635, 12/1635, 11/1365, RE/1722, RE/212, RE/77, 13/77, 4/77 and 10 / 77 near Kimberley.
